Hello! 

As a young person, I was diagnosed with a neurodivergent condition. Through transformative experiences at a community college, advocacy from disability services and supportive coaching, I earned my BA in Sociology at UC Berkeley and MPH in LGBTQ Health at the UW.

With support from mentors and coaches, I built skills, developed confidence and pursued a career in higher education. I have grown my coaching skills in an advising setting, and through continuing education and professional development. Most recently, I completed the ADD Coaching Academy (ADDCA) ADHD & Life Coach Training Certification Program, a 116 hour ICF Accredited program.

Over the last 15 years, I have supported hundreds of ADHDers and neurodivergent individuals find clarity, embrace their neurodivergence as a super power and achieve success as they define it. I have also helped teams build capacity to communicate with, support and affirm their neurodivergent students. My life has been absolutely transformed by helping others transform their lives.
